    Warranty Policy / Disclaimers This product has a one year warranty, to the original purchaser, against defects in manufacture or materials which occur in the course of normal use under the express directions provided. If you claim such a defect exists, return the product to us with receipt, and we will (at our option) repair or replace it. The provisions of the foregoing warranty are the sole and exclusive warranties made or to be made regarding this product and are in lieu of any additional and/or different warranty, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all such additional and/or different warranties, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby expressly and forever disclaimed in their entireties. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT WILL THE MANUFACTURER, SELLER OR THEIR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCREASED OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH OR ARISING OUT OF USE OF THIS PRODUCT, EVEN IF ANY EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES PROVIDED FOR IN THIS AGREEMENT FAIL OF THEIR ESSENTIAL PURPOSE AND EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OR PROBABILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
